“Buried Hearts” follows the gripping tale of a man who successfully hacks into a hidden political slush fund containing 2 trillion won (approximately $1.4 billion), only to be killed by another man unaware of the hack—thus inadvertently losing the entire fortune. Spoilers Ahead
In the previous episode, Daesan Group’s chairman, Cha Kang Cheon (played by Woo Hyun), uncovered the romantic involvement of his granddaughter Yeo Eun Nam (Hong Hwa Yeon) with Seo Dong Joo, despite her arranged marriage with Yum Hee Chul (Kwon Soo Hyun), the nephew of Yum Jang Sun (Heo Joon Ho). The latest stills showcase a tense encounter between Seo Dong Joo and Ji Sun Woo. While Seo Dong Joo’s sharp gaze radiates unwavering determination, Ji Sun Woo counters with an enigmatic, seemingly innocent smile, adding to the suspense.
